Design of a SYSTEM for Controlling an Automatic Hydraulic Station Powered by Photovoltaic Energy

The object of this work is the automatic control of a hydraulic station powered by photovoltaic energy. The system is composed of two modules with a power of 15 [kW] working together or separately depending on the energy produced. Programmable logic controllers for controlling the high-tech installation and instruments for measuring and controlling the energy are implemented in the system. The innovative system is controlled and monitored by a “SCADA” system allowing data recording and archiving.
