Assessment of the Operation Modes of the Electric Power Supply System of an Industrial Substation in Chemical Plant During the Implementation of Photovoltaic Installations

The implementation of photovoltaic technologies in industry is a current topic that causes significant research interest. In the present study, an author's solution is considered for a specific type of autonomous PV installations for driving pumping stations, which are characterized by the absence of storage elements and specialized PV inverters. The technical solution claims to be innovative and has already been implemented in a pumping station of an enterprise from the chemical industry in Bulgaria. The report presents the workable technical solution and experimental results of its implementation in explotation.
