The Possible Relationships Between Law and Ethics Applied to AI

The paper aims to critically analyse and compare legal rules and ethical principles in order to understand their possible relationships in the regulation of artificial intelligence systems. Indeed, the purpose of the work is to identify the interaction of law with ethics to guarantee an adequate regulation of AI, also in terms of sustainability, defining how to measure the impact of AI on individuals under an ex ante and ex post perspective.
