Li-Fi Enhanced Object Tracking: A Cutting-Edge Approach

This work aims to implement object tracking in an indoor environment using Li-Fi (Light Fidelity) technology. The system uses LED lights in each room to transmit data, which is received by the photo diode on the tracked object. This allows for accurate tracking of the object’s movement across various rooms or locations within the indoor setting. The receiver-equipped object interprets these signals through Li-Fi technology, enabling seamless object tracking. The specifics of data transmission and processing methodology remain to be explored and implemented. The expected findings indicate successful object tracking within the indoor environment, detecting and tracking the object’s movements regardless of its location. The project’s outcomes hold the potential to enable various applications, including asset tracking in indoor spaces and enhancing automation processes.
