Analysis and Application of User Power Consumption Characteristics Profile Based on Big Data Technology

The traditional customer service concepts and service methods of electric power enterprises are difficult to meet the increasing demand of personalized and precise customer service experience. Building a power user profile can accurately segment consumer groups, which is beneficial for selecting target markets and positioning core markets, and achieve precision marketing. This paper establishes a user power consumption characteristics portrait label system from three dimensions: user basic information, behavioral characteristics, and interest preferences. Based on the power label mining technology of big data, a user power consumption characteristics profile is constructed. Finally, the application of the user power consumption characteristics profile is studied and analyzed, which lays a good foundation for customer insight, power service and quality improvement and customer satisfaction improvement.
