Analysis of Transient Voltage Stability of Alternating Current and Direct Current High Voltage Large Grid

With the increasing power load, voltage stability has become a critical factor for grid stability. This paper provides an overview of transient voltage characteristics in AC-DC systems using BPA software for simulation and analysis. Firstly, considering the operational characteristics of AC-DC high-voltage grids, the transient overvoltage phenomenon at the DC sending end was analyzed through simulations. Additionally, by simulating the impact of AC and DC faults on the transient voltage stability of the system.
