Effect of Vegetable oil instead of Mineral oil on the Performance of Panel-type Radiator

The three-dimensional temperature rise analysis model of panel-type radiator is established, and the flow field and temperature field of vegetable oil radiator and mineral oil radiator are compared by simulation calculation. The results show that in natural circulation, the viscosity has a greater impact on the performance of the panel-type radiator than the parameters such as density, thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity. The oil flow velocity in the vegetable oil panel-type radiator is less than half that of the mineral oil panel-type radiator. The vegetable oil replaces the mineral oil. Under the same heat dissipation conditions, the temperature rise of the vegetable oil panel-type radiator is higher.
