Research on the Preparation Method and Performance Analysis of Insulation Components Suitable for High-voltage Switchgear

In response to the technical challenge of frequent insulation faults encountered by high-voltage switchgear operating in high salt spray environments, this article studied the preparation method of insulation components suitable for high-voltage switchgear, and the performance of the as-prepared insulation components were tested and analyzed. Firstly, the electromagnetic induction heating method was introduced into the forming process, and the principle of induction heating was analyzed. A fuzzy PID temperature control method based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed, which can improve the speed and uniformity of heating temperature. Secondly, the effects of preheating temperature, moulding temperature and press pressure on the salt spray resistance, mechanical performance, and partial discharge performance of insulation components were analyzed, and the optimal preparation conditions for insulation component preparation were determined. Finally, compared with existing panels, a comparative analysis was conducted on the salt spray resistance, mechanical properties, and partial discharge performance of the panels prepared under the optimal preparation conditions. The research results indicate that the panels prepared under the optimal preparation conditions have good salt spray resistance, mechanical properties, and partial discharge performance.
