Recommendation of Medical Staff Needs using Fuzzy Sugeno

The increasing demand for public health requires the availability of adequate health human resources, especially non-doctor medical personnel. The purpose of this study is provide recommendations for the number of media personnel needed in the distribution of their task placements and to propose whether the Sugeno method can be used for that recommendations. The method used is the Fuzzy Sugeno method. This method is used to produce a single / crisp decision at the time of defuzzification. In the case discussed in this study, Sugeno fuzzy is used to determine the need for medical personnel, based on demand and availability data, by forming fuzzy variables consisting of input variables and output variables first, then forming a fuzzy set, then making a rule composition, finally defuzzifying to get a number from the domain of the fuzzy set, where the value will be used for the recommendation value for medical personnel needs. Based on the results of the recommendation calculation, the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value is 29%, these results indicate that the Sugeno method is good to recommend the number of medical personnel. This can be a decision support for related parties to equalize the number of medical personnel.
