Innovative Approaches To Electrical Engineering Field Career Guidance With The Kahoot Toolkit At The National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute"

The article describes the experience of National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" of dealing with the gap between actual demand for energy and electrical engineers and the real number of students, who chose these specialties. It describes the strategy and innovative approaches for potential applicants, that was developed at University during 2017 – 2023 years. All of them are fully based on the gamification and show high results. This article offers a systematic approach to the implementation of game forms of interaction using the toolkit of the online platform "Kahoot" in career guidance and the educational process. The methods and technical tips are given.
