Mathematical Model of Changes in Energy Costs for Thermostabilization of the Substrate and Objects in a Biogas Reactor

The article is devoted issue determining electrical energy for process heat distribution in reactor during fermentation of organic raw materials. The mathematical model used in article makes it possible to fully investigate a dynamics of changes in temperature of a solid or liquid-like object that takes part in the heating process, as well as to determine the amount of electrical energy spent on thermal stabilization a certain volume of substance in the reactor, taking into account: initial temperature values objects, environment, mode of fermentation, speed of rotation of the stirrer and wind, mode of movement of the substrate and physico-chemical parameters of objects that take part in thermostabilization. In the article, mathematical modeling is carried out, the result of which is obtaining graphic dependences of temperature changes of the construction of the heating cable, insulation and spiral, the substrate and the rest of the objects involved in the stabilization of the fermentation temperature. The mathematical model and t obtained graphic dependences changes in temperature objects in bioreactor and the value of the spent electrical power for heating provide an opportunity for further development in the direction of the creation of energy-efficient systems for mixing and heating substrate in bioreactors of various volumes, the synthesis of automatic control systems these processes, which will increase the productivity of biogas production by reducing energy consumption.
