Comparison of Theoretical and Experimental Data of Energy Consumption on the Use of Electrothermomechanical System

The purpose research presented in article is check adequacy mathematical model that allows for a dynamic analysis consumption of electrical energy for heating substrate in methane tank by an electrothermomechanical system by analyzing the deviations between the obtained experimental and mathematical data on changes in temperature substrate and amount of electrical energy for thermostabilization process. The working hypothesis research presented in the paper is as follows: by using the developed mathematical model in the course a dynamic analysis of consumption electrical energy for heating and simultaneous mixing of substances in methane tanks by an electrothermomechanical system, it is possible to achieve a high accuracy mathematical description of changes in processes that coincide with changes in values in real conditions. Its further use will ensure an increase in the energy efficiency of mixing and heating substances in reactors. One of the most important results of the conducted scientific research is the establishment of high convergence for the mathematical model considered in the work, which allows determining the electrical energy spent on heating substances, taking into account the dependence of the temperature changes of objects, namely, the electric heating cable, the structure of the methane tank and the electrothermomechanical system , as well as taking into account the automatic adjustment of the power of the heaters in the process of increasing the temperature above the permissible level. The importance of the results presented in the work is the establishment of deviations between the results experimental and theoretical research, the consumption of electrical energy for heating a substance in a 40-liter reactor using an electrothermomechanical system. The value of the deviation is 4.7%, which confirms the adequacy and high accuracy of the developed mathematical model.
