Simulation and Research of Autonomous Induction Generator with an Asymmetric Excitation System

Autonomous induction generator can work in an asymmetric mode of operation, caused both by an asymmetric load (for example, single-phase) and by the asymmetric connection of capacitors that make up the excitation system. The impact of taking into account the dynamic component of the equivalent inductance characterizing the velocity of change of the inductance of the magnetizing circuit at saturation, which is constantly changing in the asymmetric mode of operation, on the results of calculating the quasi-steady modes of operation of an autonomous induction generator with an asymmetric excitation system is shown.
