Performance Analysis of IOT based Wireless Sensor Network and its Graphical User Interface for Air Quality Monitoring

In recent years, the biggest challenge to the world is pollution. Atmospheric conditions continue to deteriorate each year due to the growth industries and automobiles Pollution. This paper presents the development of high-performance IoTbased air quality monitoring wireless sensor networks consisting of an air quality-sensing device for monitoring of air pollution. The proposed system, enabled by the Internet of Things (IoT), based a low-cost sensors and redundant configuration for collecting and transferring air quality data in real time. In this paper a IoT based Wireless sensors network and graphical user interface are being developed to monitor the air pollution level. The current paper explains a user friendly interface where one can access the air pollution data, to meet the requirement, a graphical user interface is designed using Lab View. The results shows that the GUI and IoT based hardware sensor network effectively sense the air pollution such as CO2, Humidity, temperature and will display the current readings of the sensors in real time and able to record the data on web and smart phone for future analysis.
