Circuit Design of Ultra Short Baseline Positioning System

The method of using underwater acoustics for locating objects has always been an important approach in human exploration of unknown water bodies. The demand for underwater positioning is steadily growing in various military and civilian domains. In light of this, the author's team has developed and reengineered an ultrashort baseline positioning system to address the growing need for underwater positioning in various applications. This paper focuses on the design of the signal processing circuits for the receiver circuit module, power supply module, transmitter circuit module, and other associated modules from a circuit design perspective. Each circuit is subsequently debugged to ensure its proper functionality. Furthermore, the entire system is tested underwater to verify its performance according to the product's requirements. The test results demonstrate that the ultrashort baseline positioning system fulfills the anticipated design requirements. Moreover, the circuit design for each module successfully undergoes functional testing, leading to more compact equipment that is easier to operate.
