Research on the Collaborative Evolution Technology Path of Standard Essential Patents for New Power Systems

Standard essential patents not only enhance the level of international competition and revenue efficiency of enterprises, but also have important significance in promoting the construction of new power systems. In order to address the issue of unclear connotation of China’s new power system and the lack of mature and unified collaborative evolution technology path for standard essential patents, a research on collaborative evolution technology path for standard essential patents for new power systems has been carried out. Firstly, the basic concepts of new power systems and standard essential patents were introduced. Secondly, the significant significance of carrying out standard essential patents in building a new type of power system was analyzed, and an innovative governance framework for power standard essential patents based on the new type of power system was proposed. At the same time, a necessary patent governance path for power standards based on the technological requirements of the new power system has been constructed, in order to provide technical support for the coordinated development of standards and patents in the energy and power industry.
