A Modern Zikr Practice through the Portable Digital Tasbih Solution

The practice of zikr holds great significance in Islam, fostering a deep connection with Allah and purifying the heart. The traditional tasbih, consisting of beads, faces shortcomings such as losing count and distraction. This project aims to create a Portable Digital Tasbih System, offering a modern solution for zikr practice. The proposed system integrates a handheld device and a smartphone app that allows users to increment zikr count using a button, while LED display and app show the count. Historical data is stored in the cloud, enabling users to analyze their progress through graphical representation. Users can also share their zikr achievements online. This system promotes focused and consistent zikr practice, combining the practicality of a device with the digital capabilities of a smartphone app. The research objectives encompass developing and testing the system to ensure its alignment with both the device and smartphone applications.
