Enhancement of Output Power in Three Phase Induction Motor Using Torque Controlled Method Compared with Voltage Controlled Method by Controlling the Stator Voltage

The goal of the proposed work is to increase the output power of a three phase induction motor by managing the stator voltage with sustainable power electronics devices as opposed to voltage control. Materials and Procedures A total of 14 speed samples, which were obtained by adjusting torque and voltage, were taken. In order to quantify the stator voltage control in a three phase induction motor with torque controlled method and voltage controlled method, these samples are divided into two groups, each having seven samples. G power is assumed to be 0.8. Results: It was found via this research that the innovative voltage controlled approach produced a stator voltage of 173.68 volts and the novel torque controlled way achieved a stator voltage of 189.94 volts. The statistically significant result obtained is 0.010 (p<0.05), which is significant. Conclusion: From this work it is observed that the novel torque controlled method performed significantly better than the voltage controlled method in three phase induction motor stator voltage on basis of output power.
