Development of the Structural Diagram of the Electrodynamic Vibration Exciter Electronic Part

To calibrate the vibration measurement sensors, it is necessary to have a device capable of generating vibrations with specified parameters. This is the task performed by a vibration test rig. Vibration test bench is a special device capable of simulating vibration, its different modes in various conditions, for dynamic tests, testing, calibration of vibration diagnostic devices. The paper describes the development of the model of electrodynamic vibration test rig and its control algorithm, which ensures the maintenance of vibration parameters at a predetermined level. On the basis of normative documents the structural and circuit diagrams of the vibration exciter with the justification of their choice, as well as the simulation of the unit operation are presented.
