Metrics and Indicators of Security of Critical Resources in State and Corporate Objects and Processes

The paper comprises development of methods for the formation and analysis of various metrics and numerical indicators for the operational assessment of security of critical resources in their application to state and corporate objects and processes. These methods take into account the structure of these resources, modes and operating conditions. The purpose of the study lies in a mathematical and methodological analysis of metrics and security indicators that can provide reliable and operational security assessments of complex managed information and telecommunications objects and processes.
