Research on the Positive Regulation of Abnormal Emotions Combine Music and Fragrance Stimulation

Aiming at the phenomenon that abnormal emotion is easy to cause traffic accidents, a positive regulation method of abnormal emotion based on multi-mode stimulation such as music and fragrance is proposed. Twenty volunteers were recruited and divided into five groups to take part in the experiment, setting up an experimental environment for the users' smell test and music perception test, the physiological data of Electronic Design Automation, Heart Rate Variability and Respiration were collected and evaluated by ERGOLAB software. The data were analyzed by the method of good or bad solution distance, the results showed that the stimulation effect of Aroma + music group was higher than that of music group and aroma group.
