Design and Automation of the Sewage Treatment System

Since modern times, the rapid development of human industrial level, rich material life, but also the emergence of various types of production factories, resulting in a lot of environmental pollution, including the discharge of industrial sewage. With the rapid development of production technology, sewage treatment technology is also developing and improving. However, the current sewage treatment technology still has many shortcomings, including large size, complex structure and dependence on workers' experience. This design is based on PLC integrated sewage treatment system. PLC is used to simplify the system circuit, reduce the volume of the control cabinet, and design automatic detection and working functions. At the same time, the overall structure is simplified and the integrated design is easier to repair. The structure of the paper is divided into the following parts: First, through literature review and network learning, introduce the basic principle and specific work flow of sewage treatment system. Combined with programmable logic controller, an automatic sewage treatment system is designed. Mitsubishi FX2N series OF PLC as the main controller, the sewage treatment process and parameters are adjusted, and finally the use of software to show the operation of the whole sewage treatment system simulation results.
