Stabilization Characteristics in the Control Element of the Navigation Computer System

The problems of improving navigation accuracy directly depend on the stability of the internal characteristics of the system, including in the fiber-optic gyroscope. This article discusses the possibility of stabilizing the weighted average wavelength of the control element of a fiber-optic gyroscope using an algorithm for controlling the pumping current of a laser diode. By taking into account the dependence of the weighted average wavelength on the pumping current of the laser diode obtained using the experiment, it was possible to partially solve the problem and determine the direction for further research.
