A breakdown or malfunction of any of these vital tools and apparatuses could potentially lead to grave risks for divers. This device, engineered for individuals who may find themselves in distress or danger while submerged in water, integrates seamlessly with a Raspberry Pi 3B+ as its controller. This innovative system operates through continuous monitoring of the individual's pulse and brain waves while they are in the water. In the event that the system detects a sudden and alarming drop in the person's pulse rate, it immediately activates an airbag that surrounds and envelops the person. This airbag is inflated with gas, which can either be drawn from the surrounding atmosphere or sourced from an oxygen cylinder if the diver happens to have one, with the help of the IoT.
