Experimental Study on Time Parameter Correction of Human Machine Interaction Based on GOMS Model

Complex information systems contain multi-level logical hierarchical menu structures, and the study of interface interaction design is of great significance. In order to conduct task analysis of human-machine interaction in information systems, conduct system availability evaluation, and optimize human-machine interaction design, this article is based on the GOMS model to predict the basic meta operations of human-machine interaction operations. Combined with the human-machine interaction tasks of typical equipment in information systems, some parameter correction experiments were conducted to correct the theoretical predicted parameter values, improve the GOMS prediction model, and will be used for task analysis and availability evaluation of information systems.
