Cabinet design and analysis based on PCB testing equipment

To solve the problems of large space occupation and difficult integration with automated production lines for printed circuit board (PCB) testing equipment, a modular design approach using SolidWorks software was employed to design a cabinet that can accommodate multiple PCB testing devices in a vertical arrangement and independently control their operations. In the cabinet design, the load-bearing capacity of the supporting structure is crucial due to the weight of the PCB testing equipment. SolidWorks Simulation was utilized for static stress analysis to optimize and analyze the supporting structure, thus determining the final cabinet design solution. Through practical validation, it has been confirmed that this cabinet can meet the actual production requirements.
