Payload Computer based on PolarFire SoC

The smart processing module (SPM) is an onboard computer for small satellites based on a Microchip PolarFire Flash System-on-Chip connected to several types of companion memories, such as MRAM, FRAM, and LPDDR. The SPM internal communication structure and related performance test results are presented. Furthermore, the results of a TID radiation test up to 11.7 krad are shown.
