Design and Development of the Optical Antenna for Wireless Communications

The rise of small, battery-powered wearable technology has increased the need for solutions to the WBAN implementation. It is essential to work on creating flexible antennas that can be incorporated into a variety of applications, as well as reducing the size of the device and improving power efficiency. The design of wearable antennas is examined in this paper for wireless body area network applications. A review of the available literature on wearable antennas is part of the research effort. Size optimization is considered while designing a wearable antenna. The software FEKO is compatible with the antenna. The proposed antenna operates between 1 GHz and 9 GHz. On a floor made of copper, a rectangular copper patch serves as a radiating patch. The substrate material is cotton, which has a loss tangent of 0.00786 and a relative permittivity of 3.27 when used as a bed sheet. a 1.26mm thick, 40mm by 34mm, antenna. On the FEKO program, the houses have done their research.
