Research on Intelligent Testing Technology for One-Key Sequential Control System Based on Digital Simulation Technology

In order to address the issues associated with the current configuration of one-key sequence control, including low testing efficiency, a heavy workload, frequent power outages for primary and secondary equipment, incomplete logical acceptance testing, and the challenges in the acceptance process, an intelligent testing technology for the one-key sequence control system is proposed. Automatically instantiate the operating ticket by analyzing the characteristics of standard sequential control tickets. Utilize digital simulation technology to simulate the interaction between the interval layer equipment, central control station, and the one-key sequential control host. Control the one-key sequential control host to perform positive and reverse logic testing for the operating ticket, and retrieve the test status of the one-key sequential control host. Automatically evaluate the test results. Implement efficient, automatic, and comprehensive automatic testing for one-key sequential control. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method achieves higher testing efficiency and shorter testing time.
