Research on Evaluation System of Secondary Distribution Grid System

The new power system has put forward higher requirements for the current secondary distribution grid system. Therefore, it is important to build a reliable evaluation system for the current secondary system of the smart distribution grid for the construction of distribution grid planning. This paper first analyzes requirements of the secondary distribution grid system based on the new power system construction, and then select some important indicators in the four evaluation directions of clean and low-carbon, safe and reliable, smart and flexible, friendly and open. Finally, the evaluation system for smart secondary distribution grid system is established, utilizing the entropy weight method, the analytic hierarchy process and the least square method. According to the case analysis, the effectiveness and reliability of evaluation system are proved.
