Study on Measurement Method of Omnidirectional Receiver in Laser Scanning System

High-accuracy laser positioning system (ALPS) is a distributed large-size rendezvous positioning system for indoor laser scanning, widely used in the assembly and manufacturing of large-size components. Due to the weak rendezvous measurement problem caused by spatial occlusion of laser planes in large space measurement, this paper proposes an omnidirectional spatial localization method based on circumferential bundle constraints and establishes an omnidirectional receiver measurement model. Compared with the traditional positioning methods, it can satisfy the position measurement under multi-station conditions as well as the high-precision measurement under single-station conditions, and at the same time, it can optimize the station deployment requirements of ALPS and realize the reception of circumferential 360° laser signals. The simulation results show that the repeatability error is better than ± 0.12mm, and the repeatability error of the three-axis attitude angle is within ± 0.035°, which meets the measurement accuracy requirements of the system, verifying the feasibility of the omnidirectional measurement method proposed in this paper and providing a theoretical basis for the omnidirectional measurement method of high-precision laser positioning system.
