Research on the Application Mode of Smart Contract Technology in Targeted Payment

By collecting user power usage data and utilizing artificial intelligence algorithms to automatically calculate electricity fees, the system realizes online automation of electricity fee information release and billing. Compared with traditional manual billing methods, this system simplifies business processes, improves billing accuracy, and reduces labor costs. The paper elaborates in detail the application theory of smart contracts, the design ideas of the system, the implementation plan of the full process of power billing, and the discussion on accounting strategies, human resources and management systems to ensure intelligent billing.
