Image feature point tracking based fault analysis method for immediate separation of circuit breaker after combining

Aiming at the spring mechanism of circuit breaker, which is commonly divided after closing, this paper proposes a method of analyzing the failure of circuit breaker after closing based on the tracking of image feature points. Firstly, through the analysis of the spring mechanism transmission process, the main analysis direction of the closing and splitting faults is determined. Then, based on the high-speed camera data acquisition platform, the transmission process of the four-stage breaking levers in the spring mechanism is completely recorded at the moment of closing and breaking, and the bounce amplitude analysis method based on image feature point tracking is proposed, which accurately tracks the trajectory of the four-stage breaking levers through the feature points and introduces the deflection angle parameter to accurately quantify the bounce amplitude of the four-stage breaking levers. Finally, through the analysis of the deflection angle waveform, the main reason leading to the failure of the breaker closing and then splitting is determined. The experimental verification part of the paper fully justifies the conclusions of the fault analysis, and the experience of this fault analysis can provide useful reference for the subsequent research and treatment of post-closing faults.
