Human Resource Information Management Based on Cloud Computing Platform

With the rapid development of national economy, enterprises continue to grow and improve, human resource management becomes more and more important for enterprises, and its influence on enterprises is also growing. This paper mainly studies the human resource information management based on cloud computing (CC) platform to provide help for the development of enterprise human resources. Based on the study of CC technology, combined with the characteristics of CC such as resource sharing and payment on demand, this paper studies the application of CC in enterprise human resource management, and builds the enterprise human resource management system architecture. The function test and performance test of the system are carried out. From the test results, it is known that the corresponding time of the system is normal when 1000 users and 2000 users are concurrent, both within 50ms, indicating that the system can run normally. The research results of this paper promote the application of CC platform in the development of human resource management system.
