Research on Online Detection Methods for Emulsion Using Ultrasound

Ultrasonic testing technology has developed rapidly in the fields of industry, agriculture and medical testing. Ultrasonic has good directionality, strong penetration ability and easy access to higher energy. As a non-radiation, safe and reliable imaging technology, it also shines brightly in food testing, mainly because it can penetrate the tested food medium, and has high accuracy, high efficiency, no pollution, no damage, and low cost for object detection. This study uses ultrasound to conduct online detection of emulsion. Through the relationship between ultrasound spectrum and parameter changes, the concentration and quality changes of emulsion can be quickly obtained, improving detection time and efficiency. It provides a high-quality method for green measurement of emulsion food and can also be extended to the detection of all substancessimilar to emulsion.
