Development and Construction of Intelligent Vehicle Loading Management and Control System

Loading operation is an important link in the transportation of dry bulk cargo. Traditional loading operations usually use manual buttons to control the material release, and based on personal experience, determine the loading process. There are situations such as poor working environment, large number of personnel required, low loading efficiency, and susceptibility to biased loading. We propose an unmanned vehicle loading management and control system for bulk cargo loading operations, which is based on light detection and ranging to perceive vehicle loading information, artificial intelligence algorithms to detect vehicle information, and fuzzy control algorithm to control unmanned loading equipment. The system consists of vehicle loading scheduling module, import and export management module, intelligent loading module, full process monitoring and guidance module, remote control and monitoring module to achieves closed-loop linkage of loading operations and comprehensive management of loading information.
