Study on SIR Dynamic Analysis on Team Resource Management of Air Traffic Controllers

In the daily work of controllers, they need to receive and process a lot of information, and the decisions they make are very important to the flight safety of aircraft. But under the affection of high-intensity workload, the fatigue degree of controllers will gradually increase, and the probability of human factors will gradually increase, which seriously endangers flight safety. In this regard, the mechanism of human factors of controllers is analyzed, and the attention resources of controllers are taken as the standard to judge the probability of human factors. Based on SIR model, the dynamic equations of controller attention resources and air residual command are constructed, and the stability of equilibrium point is analyzed. The dynamic characteristics of the system and the stability of the equilibrium point are verified by numerical simulation. Aiming at the workload prediction and team resource management of approach control area controllers, the practical application of the model is verified and analyzed.
