Design of Integrated PLC with SCADA Systems for Grooving Machine

This work mainly focused on the grooving machine using PLC with SCADA, PLC, and SCADA are used as the control device to fulfill the working of this machine. The programming language used in PLC and SCADA systems is often simple and easy to understand, allowing for efficient and effective control of the grooving machine. The programming for the grooving machine using PLC and SCADA involves defining the inputs and outputs, setting up the control logic, and specifying the operating parameters. The requirement of the grooved surface and grooved connecting rod is to improve the precision and quality of the final product. With PLC and SCADA, the accuracy of the grooving machine is achieved. The drives used in this machine are responsible to move the servo motors for the desired movement of the axis. There are four axes in this machine namely X1, X2, Y, and Z. The laser source used here is operated on 24 Vdc with 100-Watt power. The overall system is created to improve production with a high precision rate.
