Pothole Grievance Reporting System Using YOLOv5 Algorithm

Social media and mobile technology are taking the role of conventional methods for communicating with the government, reporting problems, and offering opinion. To obtain the services they want in a more streamlined and convenient manner, people can use mobile services like SMS and apps. By including citizens in decision-making, problem-solving, and service co-design, these e-participation technologies also encourage more citizen involvement. A web-based application called the Pothole Grievance Reporting System will be used. Through this application, residents will be able utilize our online tool to report concerns about ongoing issues in their ward. Municipal authorities can use this program to track issues and problems that common people are having so they can address them as quickly as feasible. This system offers a simple interface for making a complaint, allowing individuals to express their concerns and track their progress.
