Automated Attendance Tracking and Wage Management System Using IRIS Detection

In today's world, companies, corporations, organizations face the problem of tracking and capturing the attendance of huge numbers of such employees and the timely deposition of their salaries. The existing system of registering attendance includes major challenges such as manual tracking and capturing of attendance and lack of authenticity. Workplaces require a new system to carry out this task without any delays in an automated manner. Automation is a crucial part of daily living. It saves time and human effort. Our system is an automated system that would reduce the time required to capture the attendance of the workers or employees. It makes use of an iris monitoring camera that detects the iris of the user, the coloured circular portion of the eye and makes use of its unique features to register the information of the user. The system also automates the process of managing their wages by taking note of the user's daily in-time and out-time and total work days. Companies shall benefit by using this system and focus their energies on worthwhile endeavors.
