Research on Global Education Artificial Intelligence Hotspots from the Perspective of Knowledge Graph

In the past few years, there have been numerous applications of artificial intelligence (AI) within the realm of education, and “educational AI”, as a product of cross-fertilization between the fields of AI and learning sciences, has attracted extensive attention from domestic and foreign academics. To sort out the current state of global research worldwide AI in education, the study uses CiteSpace visual analysis software and HistCite software to analyze the authors, institutions and countries/regions, and keywords engaged in research on AI in education. The results show that the overall research on educational AI has been in a positive trend of steady growth in the past decade, with closer cooperation between research institutions and countries, but weaker communication between researchers, and research themes focusing on research on intelligent tutor systems, machine learning research, and research on the application of teaching robots.
