Smart Factory Design Based on CoDeSys

CoDeSys is a soft PLC to provide programming and development environment for automation control software platform, this paper uses the software features of CoDeSys to design a complete filling wisdom production line and simulation. The design of the production line is divided into five parts: warehouse unit, filling unit, capping unit, inspection unit and conveyor unit, several units together to complete the filling of bottled liquids, high efficiency and high quality to complete the production, to achieve automated production. Finally, this paper applies the simulation of the production line to the filling of medical iodine, and the soft PLC technology based on CoDeSys shows great advantages and potentials in improving the automation control of production.
