Security Driven Cost-Effective Deadline Aware Workflow Allocation Strategy in Cloud Computing Environment

In cloud computing, a pay-per-use framework enables dynamic scalability in response to the demands of workflow applications. Workflow allocation is an essential issue due to the trade-off between obtaining high computing performance and offering the appropriate level of security protection. This paper integrates security services into the workflow allocation to enhance the security measures in the cloud system. Therefore, we propose a multi-constraints workflow allocation strategy for heterogeneous tasks in cloud computing. Our proposed strategy is to minimize the risk probability and the execution cost while meeting the budget, and deadline constraints. The findings show that our approach consistently outperforms the existing algorithms in the proposed system, which uses multi-constraints.
