Maslow's Hierarchy-Inspired AI-Driven Employee Satisfaction Improvement

Using a Principal Component Analysis (PCA) methodology, the study intends to evaluate the effects of several factors on employee satisfaction, built around Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. The analysis is based on 362 responses from 10 randomly selected Tashkent organizations. The study identifies the best element that affects employee happiness overall as well as the most important aspects at each level of Maslow's hierarchy. According to our research, affection is the factor that has the greatest impact on employee satisfaction overall.
