Design of a 3-order Filter using New Spiral Resonator

This paper introduces a 3rd order bandpass filter using new spiral resonators. The proposed resonator is a structure in which a closed loop resonator and a spiral form are combined. The coupling coefficient is adjusted through a gap between resonators and a line width of the resonator. The proposed filter is designed with bandwidth of 2GHz at 8GHz center frequency.
