Research on the Application of Big Data Technology in Building Employment Guidance Mechanisms for College Students in the New Situation

Currently, a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation is sweeping across China. New technologies, new formats, and new models have put forward higher requirements for college students with employment needs, and how to provide employment guidance for college students has become more challenging than before. This paper attempts to explore how to use big data technology to construct an accurate employment guidance mechanism for college students in the context of widespread employment difficulties, thereby improve the methods of college student employment guidance and alleviating the employment difficulties of college students.
