Relationship Between Decent Work Perception and Loyalty Among Rural Tourism Practitioners: A Study Based on the Moderating Effect of the Family Life Cycle

Rural tourism offers an effective path to absorbing rural migrant labor and achieving localized employment in China. Starting from the decent work perception of rural tourism practitioners in the context of localized rural tourism in China, this paper adopts the structural equation model to validate the mechanism underlying the effect of decent work perception on loyalty. Using decent work perception as the core, AMOS26.0 software is utilized to construct a second-order structural equation model with four dimensions: economic income decency, labor intensity decency, working environment decency, respect & self-realization decency. It is found that decent work perception has a significant positive effect on the loyalty of rural tourism practitioners; organizational commitment plays the mediating role between decent work perception and loyalty among rural tourism practitioners; and the family life cycle negatively moderates the relationship between decent work perception and loyalty among rural tourism practitioners.
