Research on the Influencing Factors and Cultivation Strategies of Traditional Chinese Medicine Talents

In order to establish and improve the talent training system of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities, and to better realize the high-quality training of traditional Chinese medicine talents. This paper explores the important influencing factors on the growth of TCM talents by means of a questionnaire survey and analyzes the data using statistically relevant methods. After questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, it is concluded that among the external influencing factors, the choice of learning traditional Chinese medicine for self-selection or the influence of parents and others, average or good family economic conditions, good parental relationship status, democratic and free family education methods are related to the cultivation of comprehensive quality of traditional Chinese medicine. Among the internal personal traits, there are four personal traits, perseverance, self-confidence, ambition and job responsibility; intelligence, executive ability two kinds of personal ability and Chinese medicine identity, Chinese medicine theoretical knowledge and Chinese medicine professional skills three kinds of professional cognition as the Chinese medicine comprehensive quality of high influence factors. From the above, it can be seen that Chinese medicine talents, if they become successful, whether it is the external environment in the growth process, or personal qualities are the existence of the law of commonality. The kind of law and commonality can be focused on for the education of institutions, providing reference and direction for the subsequent training of talents.
