Financial Security Risk Management Model Based on Backpropagation Neural Network Algorithm

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, advanced technological systems help modern enterprises develop. Thus, it was explored how enterprises need to formulate financial risk early warning strategies for the security of information systems in the context of interconnected information systems. The early warning system for enterprise financial risk includes three main aspects: recognizing risk, risk prediction, and risk control. Recognizing risks is the foundation, prediction function is the key, and risk control is the guarantee. In order to reduce the significant damage that may be caused by financial risk accidents, the early warning strategy of risk was established based on the digitization of the backpropagation (BP) neural network to analyze the enterprise’s financial risk and early warning mechanism. The establishment of a set of effective financial management systems is an effective solution to solve the problem of the financial direction of the enterprise, which in turn prompts the enterprise managers to decide the future direction of the enterprise, and thus the healthy and rapid development of the enterprise.
