History of technologies in the context of ethical discourse

The purpose of paper is to review transformations of ethical discourse according to new challenges that accompany technological development. The emphasize is given to the need of paying attention to humanitarian aspects and development of responsibility, especially in technology areas of the fourth industrial revolution, particularly in development of artificial intelligence technologies.
